fascinating article. i do love the idea of an open wiki where the public are invited to contribute their knowledge. this is rather radical in removing hierarchical boundaries on "expertise". instead of firm barriers, the community self-regulates. however, this practice comes with it's own set of problem as reviewed in the article |
